Jesse Taft is a writer based in northern New England.

A lifelong New Englander, Jesse grew up in Vermont and now lives in Cornish, New Hampshire with his family and their pack of Shiba Inus. He spends most of his free time exploring the jagged coastline of downeast Maine and reading from an ever-growing pile of books, magazines, and manuals.

A graduate of Wesleyan University and Syracuse University and an alumnus of the Bread Loaf Writers' Conference and the Pioneer Valley Writers' Workshop, he has worked diverse roles over the years, from housepainter and football coach to banking analyst and corporate treasurer.
